Flow Game
The Flow Game is a potent process tool. It offers new ways to delve into the questions that matter to us most - and it will provoke you to think and sense in new ways, allowing you to shift your perspective and maybe even realise that the world, and your own role in it, is slightly different from what you had thought.

Frederikke will hold space for you to dive into the flow. As you enter the process, she will be guiding you through the initial refinement of questions and deliberations on the intention you carry into the game. Throughout the process she will be mindful of the mental states arising and helping you all to slow down, leaving space for silence, listening and contemplation. As the game unfolds, she will also be holding the powerful yet delicate process of utilizing Wisdom Council.
